The SEIGAIHA Damascus Knives are crafted out of a 45 layer damascus steel with EU/Swedish B?hler N685 Stainless Steel Core.
These knives have a seriously sharp edge, extremely hard (HRC: 59-60), excellent edge retention and a light center balanced feel. The handles on these knives are hand crafted out of Black Pakka Wood with double stainless steel bolsters for Top Professional Use.
