Misuzu Hamono is a knife manufacturer that inherits the traditional manufacturing method in Miki, Japan. In addition to that, the founder, Shinji Suzuki was the pioneer to first manufacture a "warikomi" knife with a blade covered with stainless steel clad on both sides. Mr. Yamato Miyawaki, a 3rd generation master sharpener of Misuzu, who is particular about "sharpness" and "usability", and each of their knives is carefully handmade one by one. Misuzu have a wide range of products such as the highest quality products for craftsmen and all-purpose knives for home use.
