Okeya SPG-STRIX series by Akihito Fujiwara feature beautiful Nickel Damascus blades with a core of SPG-STRIX stainless steel for professional with a hardness of approx. 65 HRC, which provides excellent rust resistance and a long-lasting edge as well as its beautifulness.
The handles on these knives are Half Rounded Octagonal Oak wood dyed Japanese Lacquered (Urushi) that recalls the images of Japanese tradition.
