Takeshi Saji SRS13 Mirror Hammered series feature Square-Hammer patterned blades with a core of SRS13 Micro Carbide Powder Stainless Steel for professional with a hardness of approx. 63 HRC, which provides excellent rust resistance and a long-lasting edge as well as its beautifulness and unique design.
The surface of the blade is Mirror-finished to highlight the hammered texture for more elegance.
The stylish handle on the knife is designed by Nomura-san, an odorless, enormously durable material that will last decades. It is so easy to grip firmly and it's weight is very well balanced.
