Takayuki Iwai Aogami No.2 Hammered OKRC

Iwai's 3 layer Hammerd Chopper Series are made with an inner core of Yasuki's traditional Hagane --- Aoniko / Blue Paper (Aogami) No.2 Hard Steel,which has been widely used for a very long time in Japan --- supportedly by a layer of softer persistent steel for an exceptionally sharp and smooth cutting experience. They are forged by skilled blacksmiths, Takeshi and Takayuki Iwai with unique traditional hand-made-process of making knives.

The handle is made of  hard & durable Oak wood with custom-made shape.
This series are used indoors as kitchen knives and available outdoors as camp gears for cooking & choping.
